We are looking for Senior Accounting Analysts to join our team in Gdansk. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting activities, including balance sheet account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support accurate and compliant financial statements. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will: Responsibilities Support finance operations in preparation and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Monitor and follow up on reconciling items, escalating issues as appropriate. Perform month-end close responsibilities with a good understanding of the close process and financial reporting. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders through regular communication. Assist in monthly financial reporting and prepare account analyses as needed. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational efficiency. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
