Job Summary As a Construction Services Manager, you will lead and elevate Fischer Homes’ construction documentation function by owning and governing the master Plans portfolio (BIM models and standard plan content) while overseeing the team and processes that produce job-specific build packages. In this role, you ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, buildable, and released on time through disciplined QA/QC and cross-functional coordination. The most rewarding aspect of this role is knowing that your leadership, systems thinking, and quality standards directly impact buildability, cost reliability, and the homeowner experience. This role is not a production modeler position. Success is defined by portfolio health, predictable release performance, and field-ready accuracy—not individual modeling output.
