Job Title: Painter I Department: Engineering: Reports To: Manager/Supervisor: FLSA Status: Hourly: SUMMARY: Mission Statement: To maximize satisfaction, desirability, value and distinction of Membership in Ocean Reef Club by providing unsurpassed value, excellence and quality in all services and facilities. Ensure an attractive, well-maintained club, and the ultimate in member and guest satisfaction at all times by maintaining the guestrooms, public space and back of house areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including, but not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall coverings and masonry.
