About the Role You've run the operation. You've lived the consequences of bad systems. You know the gap between what vendors promise and what actually works when things break at 2 AM. You have built technology solutions to close that gap. Now you'll use that experience to make sure we build solutions operators can actually use. You'll bridge real-world supply chain operations and our product development function. You work directly with our customer's supply chain teams to understand their systems, constraints, and processes. Then you translate that reality into product requirements our teams can build and you'll manage the solution delivery end-to-end. You will ruthlessly prioritize, force precision in requirements, and deliver brutally clear outcomes measured in dollars. You meet customers with empathy, honor what they've built, and guide them toward transformative change. You bring healthy skepticism about what it really takes to drive operational change.
