Overview Steampunk is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support one of our federal customers. This leader will spearhead the effort to modernize the agency information security program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who enjoys applying the latest technology to modernize enterprise IT delivery and risk management. The candidate must have a proven ability to learn quickly and leverage ServiceNow to solve real world problems and deliver solutions to promote security automation and process improvement. Contributions: Serve as the ServiceNow technical lead and architect, with deep experience in ITSM, CMDB, scoped applications, and custom workflow development. Lead a small team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship across varying experience levels. Support CMDB maturity and governance; define roadmaps, validation processes, and standards for data integrity and automation. Design and develop complex integrations using APIs, web services, and data connectors to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.
