ID Habitat Restoration Interns (2 Crew Lead position and 8 technician positions) Location: Nampa, Idaho Application Deadline : Friday, April 10th 2026 Anticipated Start and End Dates : June 15th through November 4th, 2026 Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off (10-hour field days, 40+ hrs/week) Salary Information : Pay is $22.11 for technicians, and $26.16 for the crew lead. + housing may be provided 40 hours per week. Duties : Pheasants Forever partnering with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is looking for 8 technicians and 2 crew lead to serve as a seasonal, riparian habitat restoration team within the sagebrush biome of southern Idaho. Pheasants Forever is hiring seasonal field crews to implement low-tech, process-based stream restoration (LTPBR) projects across southern Idaho’s sagebrush-steppe landscapes. Work focuses on restoring degraded riparian corridors and incised streams to improve hydrologic function, floodplain connectivity, groundwater recharge, riparian vegetation, and wildlife habitat.
