This is a full time, benefits eligible position working 7am-3pm generally with weekends and holidays required. Excellent leadership skills required. Previous prep cook or similar experience preferred. $18.89 - $21.47 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all products on the salad bar. This person will be preparing items for the salad bar, mixing salad dressings, setting up and taking down the salad bar and soup bar, preparing to-go salads, sandwiches, and dips, training new salad bar associates, determining production and inventory levels, receiving and stocking product, and providing exceptional customer service.
