Full time, fixed term until 6th January 2027 – Secondment backfill Join a collaborative ethics administration team dedicated to supporting safe, compliant and responsible research Base Salary $89,755 - $100,495 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity: As the Ethics Administration Officer , you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the human and animal research ethics office within Research Integrity & Ethics Administration. You will provide high‑quality administrative support, coordinate committee processes, maintain compliance systems and ensure researchers receive timely, accurate guidance throughout ethics applications and review workflows. Your key responsibilities will be to: process and prepare correspondence to researchers regarding ethics committee decisions, including approvals, conditional approvals and other notifications respond to general enquiries related to human and animal research ethics requirements, escalating complex matters to Ethics Officers or Ethics Managers where appropriate maintain systems including the myResearch Ethics application system, databases and TRIM to manage applications, modifications, progress reports and records prepa...
