Overview The Senior Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily workflow across multiple production teams in a manufacturing and assembly environment to maximize efficiency and ensure completion of daily and short-term production goals. This role serves as a key operational leader on the floor, providing direction to Team Leads and team members, resolving complex production issues, and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Senior Team Lead partners closely with management to communicate operational needs, drive continuous improvement, and enhance overall department effectiveness, production methods, and working conditions.
