Are you interested in an exciting job opportunity in the sun this summer? We're Hiring! Summit Park Communities is seeking a Gatekeeper for our active Community Clubhouse! Duties for Gatekeeper Include: - Greeting and welcoming residents/guests - Check for valid I.D. from all patrons entering the facility - Review reservations - Ensuring proper administrative items are stocked and available for registrations - Assisting residents and guests with their inquiries and requests - Executing tours of the clubhouse to new residents and guests as needed - Assisting with events as needed - Other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements: - Ability to work weekends and summer holidays as needed - Follow all rules and regulations given by management and the company - Must have or be willing to obtain PA Clearances - RAMP certified or willing to obtain certification - Personable and friendly attitude - Ability to multi-task
