Lead Group Product Manager, People Data Platform

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). - 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership. - Experience building data platforms, internal tools, or enterprise-grade SaaS products. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a technology or business related field. - 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. - 5 years of experience in software development or engineering. - Experience using data to justify product decisions and measure the impact of platform-level investments. - Understanding of data infrastructure (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake/BigQuery), API design, and the application of Machine Learning.
