JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering JOB LOCATION: 2900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075 DUTIES: Lead the technical design and development of cross-functional and multiplatform application systems. Work with portfolio stakeholders, solution, and enterprise architects, to develop implementation of enablers Design, code, test, debug and document components to ensure software meets operational needs. Work with. Contribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, balancing time, resource, and quality constraints. Provide functional and technical leadership and mentor software engineers. Work with other Leads, Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders to identify technical and functional needs of systems based on priority. Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance.
