The role: We are seeking a Manufacturing Lead - Plan to Make Process to act as the business design authority within the Plan-to-Make global process in our ERP business transformation program. This role ensures that manufacturing processes—from high-level to detailed workflows—are accurately defined, standardized across sites, and embedded into the enterprise template, while reflecting shop-floor realities and biopharma compliance requirements.
