Location: Avera Downtown Building-Sioux Falls Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Position Highlights: The manager of the Applications team leads and oversees the design, support, and ongoing operation of all inbound and outbound Workday integrations and reporting solutions. This role ensures integrations and reports are properly monitored, reliable, and running as intended, while establishing governance and standardization across teams. The manager partners with stakeholders to maintain appropriate Workday security so users have correct access to data and oversees support for multiple third party applications connected to Workday. They provide team leadership, set priorities, manage escalations, and ensure solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
