Company ALPINE RACING LIMITED: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – NDT to lead and develop our Non‑Destructive Testing capability within a fast‑paced, high‑performance engineering environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for managing NDT technicians, allocating work effectively, and ensuring inspections and proof/load testing activities are delivered safely, accurately and on time to support critical build, test and race operations. You will play a key role in maintaining inspection standards, driving workflow efficiency, and acting as a technical authority and people leader within the Quality Control function. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach and develop a team of NDT Technicians and Senior NDT Technicians to meet business and event deadlines - Plan, allocate and balance workload using effective push/pull strategies to ensure on‑time delivery - Carry out and oversee NDT inspection of new and in‑service components using appropriate techniques and standards - Ensure proof and load testing activities are completed in line with the latest specifications, with accurate recording and data storage - Review inspection findings, manage non‑co...
