Relocation Assistance! Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pain Management Physician to provide office-based pain management services to adult patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using a multimodal approach. Patient Care & Management: - Conduct comprehensive pain evaluations for new and established patients. - Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, interventional procedures, and patient education. - Provide counseling on pain management strategies and certify eligible patients for medical cannabis use. - Monitor medication compliance through Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDPM) and urine drug screening.
