We are hiring! - We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care to join our fantastic team in Halesowen. - As an integral part of our practice team, you will be responsible for:*Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointments*Greeting clients and their pets on arrival *Check-in patients and verify their information*Update patient records and ensure attention to detail*Process payments and maintain accurate financial records*Dispensing medication*Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and consult rooms *Administration duties such as emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan Our ideal candidate: - We are looking for someone who is organised, able to multitask in a busy environment, and able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. You must also be computer-literate, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to work both as part of the team and independently.
