Key duties include sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, managing waste, cleaning floors, and restocking supplies, often while interacting with elderly residents. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Sanitizing: Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, nurses' stations, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting). Infection Control: Utilize proper sanitizing solutions and protocols to disinfect surfaces and prevent the spread of germs, particularly when handling bodily fluids. Terminal Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize rooms upon a resident's discharge, transfer, or passing. Safety & Maintenance: Keep hallways clear of hazardous objects, mop up spills, and ensure cleaning carts are organized and safe.
