Requirements: Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy. Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. May require credentialling for certification as an early interventionist. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Location: Home Based: Shift: Travel is required. Opportunities exist for set schedules ranging from 24-40 hours per week.
