As a Senior Finance Associate within PNC's Mergers & Acquisition organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position leads the research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements. The role participates in the development and review of financial processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing detailed written guidance for financial reporting and data changes needed to meet regulatory expectations, in close coordination with Technology and Line of Business partners. The role also engages external vendors, legal partners, and Line of Business subject matter experts to design and execute business processes that improve the accuracy of Part 148 regulatory reporting.
