Head of UX Location: London – hybrid 50%: Contract: Permanent: Hours: 35 hours: Role Purpose: We’re a digital‑first business rethinking retirement through clear, intuitive, and user‑centred digital experiences. As Head of UX, you’ll take a hands‑on lead in designing and shaping engaging customer journeys for future Generation X retirees. This role combines practical UX delivery with the opportunity to influence standards and direction across our digital products. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Marketing, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is simple, consistent, and built around real user needs.
