We provide one platform for every private markets workflow, helping fund managers, private banks, wealth managers and multi-family offices deploy private market strategies at scale. By combining technology, structuring and operational services, ROYC replaces fragmented tools and manual processes with structured workflows across the full lifecycle: from investor readiness and KYC to subscriptions, capital calls, reporting, and long-term servicing. Our goal is to become the leading AI-driven private markets infrastructure platform for launching, marketing and operating funds across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
