About the Team: The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. AML Analysis and Strategy: Product and Project Management: - Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by executing AML-related tasks, identifying and documenting compliance risks, and implementing solutions in alignment with established policies and procedures. - Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures.
