Job Description: Are you a jack of all trades, if so, our Engineering Manager role will allow you to lead and train engineering and landscape team members in all technical and non-technical areas. This individual will be comfortable leading various projects from start to finish as well as focused on maintaining a safe and productive work environment. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R systems, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater systems, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs. - Assume responsibilities of the Director of Engineering and Engineer Manager in their absence. - Maintain complete knowledge of hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation syste...
