Job description
The Business Analyst is responsible for analysis of varied business processes by using professional expertise and departmental policies and procedures and assisting in the development of solutions. This position requires a blend of student financial functional knowledge, technical proficiency, data analysis skills, and analytical problem-solving skills to increase and improve business efficiencies. Collaborate with key partners within the Enrollment Management and IT divisions, other areas across the college, and with technical third-party partners. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Technology: Support the student financial information systems. Assist with maintaining annual parameters to comply with institutional policies and procedures and federal and state regulations. This includes annual updates, periodic testing, and other maintenance requirements. Support the new year system implementation and daily production schedule. Supporting student information system data integration projects that impact processing.
