This role requires technical expertise, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our homeowners. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Service & Repair: Promptly and professionally diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, mini-splits, and standard refrigeration units. Preventative Maintenance: Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and safety checks to ensure system efficiency and longevity. Installation Support: Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and components as needed, ensuring all work is completed according to design specifications and local codes.
