Lead with Purpose. Strengthen Community. Inspire Change. The Old Colony YMCA is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as our Associate Executive Director at the Plymouth Branch. This key leadership role oversees all major areas of operation including Childcare, Summer Day Camp, Out-of-School Time (OST) Programming, Membership, and Health & Wellness . We are especially seeking candidates with strong experience in youth development programming , including childcare, school-age programs, and/or summer camp operations, who are passionate about creating high-quality, impactful experiences for children and families. Position Summary: The Associate Executive Director plans, directs, and coordinates all aspects of branch operations to ensure exceptional member experiences and strong program outcomes. This role works closely with the Executive Director to align strategy, develop staff, manage budgets, and build community relationships—while embodying the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility .
