Integrated Project Delivery Coach/Project Manager Compensation Range: Stok’s goal is to pay competitive wages and ensure that the utility of Stok team member’s compensation is equitable, regardless of where they live. To accomplish this goal, Stok has defined Pay Markets based on the higher of either cost-of-living or cost-of-labor in markets where Stok has established offices or a high-concentration of team members. Location: This role’s preferred location is in western Canada (ideally Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton) or remote in Canada with ability to travel. Stok has a hybrid workforce across North America and globally. Although we have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, Denver and some co-working locations across the continent, we encourage team members to pursue a work from home, hybrid or in-person setup that works best for them.
