YOUR ROLE: In your role as a People Development Partner based in Poland you will be supporting Uk, Nordics, Ireland and a few other EMEA countries. You will take the lead in shaping how our people learn and develop. You will be the architect of learning strategy, translating business needs into high-impact training portfolios that keep us ahead in the science and technology sector.
