Patient Services Specialist II - League City Infusion - ( 2602561 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Associate’s degree and one year of clerical or customer service experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Patient Services Specialist I or equivalent patient access/scheduling experience in a healthcare setting. - Experience with healthcare scheduling utilizing Epic. - Experience with procedural or infusion scheduling in a clinical environment. Required: For departments reporting under Health System Ambulatory Operations, a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Certification must be maintained for the duration of their employment in this position.
