Summary: Ensures safety and injury prevention for patients at high risk for falls, elopement, and other at-risk behaviors including disruption of treatment through continual visual surveillance via remote monitoring system and/or one-on-one in person patient monitoring under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities: Performs continual visual and digital 2-way audio surveillance of up to twelve (12) patients, on up to three (3) monitors which communicates directly with assigned patients via observation software.Consistently communicates with clinical team based on observation feedback of patients and waits for replacement prior to vacating the monitoring station for any reason to ensure constant patient observation remains intact.Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of patient activity, interactions, and communication to the clinical team according to policy, protocol a...
