Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting, or related experience. - 5 years of experience in UX Engineering, including the design and implementation of reusable components or design systems. - 1 year of experience working and integrating LLMs. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar. - 7 years of technical leadership experience. - 5 years of experience managing projects. - Experience prototyping AI features. - Experience in collaborating with user research to craft usability studies for prototypes. - Ability to take design concepts from drawing board to shipped features.
