Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Job Title: Development Manager Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week Shift: Day Shift: Location: Silver Spring and Germantown Position Purpose: The Development Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-level prospects/donors with an emphasis on cultivation and solicitation strategies for mid-level annual giving, capital campaigns, and donor stewardship programs. This position supports the Major Gift Officer in fundraising efforts in the Maryland region. As a Development Manager you will: Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards mid-level gift donors and prospects ($5,000 - $9,999) including individuals, corporations, and/or foundations, through visits and other forms of direct personal contact in accordance with performance targets set in collaboration with the Major Gift Officer. Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with Trinity Health, development colleagues, and appropriate board members and/or other constituents as connectors and sources of referrals for potential major donors to thereby maximize Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Region’s philanthropy revenue.
