They will be the face of product development and delivery for the globe. This person will be well versed in both technology and business delivery. As a senior member of a growing team they will be self-sufficient and self-sustaining as they interact with local market leaders and SMEs in determining the best fit. Additionally, they will assimilate feedback received from the business partners into technical product delivery.
