Head of Marketing Operations Location: Stockholm / Gothenburg / Alingsås Reports to: VP Marketing About the role: Confirma Software is building a centralized, data-driven marketing organization supporting multiple SaaS and software companies across the Nordics. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to help build the operational foundation behind scalable growth. The role focuses on: Marketing operations and scalability CRM and lifecycle management: Sales- and marketing alignment: Reporting and operational governance: Cross-functional coordination: Process improvement and standardization: Scalable campaign and lead management: You will help ensure that marketing across multiple companies and markets works in a structured, measurable and scalable way.
