TEAM LEADER - OPERATIONS - PM ROSTER - FERNTREE GULLY: We are seeking experienced and motivated Operations Team Leaders to support daily operations across our Bakery, Production and Warehouse teams. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting crew members and maintaining operational standards across the shift. - Working 8-hour shifts , this is a full-time casual opportunity on rotating roster - PM Team Leader - Sunday to Thursday 11:00am- 7:30pm Roster - Supporting the Supervisor, the Operations Team Leader plays an important role in ensuring production, picking and dispatch activities run safely, efficiently and to specification.
