Classification Title: Residence Hall Director Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Job Description: Responsible for management of assigned residence halls Responsible for maintaining, disseminating and enforcing policies, procedures, and guidelines for Residence Halls Responsible for developing and implementing educational programming within assigned residence halls student success, and contribute to a shared sense of community and enhance a residential environment; assist with on-site event management as needed Assist with enforcing and coordinating Student Honor Code & Student Conduct Code Serve in an on-call capacity for campus housing Develop reports, handle special projects, and perform other duties as assigned - Coordinate daily workflow and administrative tasks related to the operations of the hall including but not limited to access, maintenance and building service requests, general inspections, and student concerns - Recruit, train, and supervise Resident Assistants and/or Graduate Assistants within area; provide continuing education programming for student staff - Responsible for scheduling on-call staff schedul...
