Responsibilities: - Develop and grow the non-utility modules business in Poland* through distributors, EPCs and key channel partners. - Build, manage and strengthen long term partnerships with distributors and EPCs as primary commercial counterparts. - Support partners in managing relationships with end customers, investors and installer networks to drive demand for Trina Solar modules. - Define and execute the local channel and account strategy aligned with Trina Solar’s regional and global commercial objectives. - Identify and develop sales opportunities together with partners, from early engagement through order booking and execution. - Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with channel partners in line with company pricing policies, guidelines and compliance standards. - Act as the main commercial interface between partners and internal Trina Solar teams (Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, PM). - Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting via Salesforce (CRM). - Monitor market developments, channel performance, pricing dynamics and competitor activities, providing structured feedback to regional management. - Represent Trina Solar at industry event...
