Franciscan Health Crown Point 12750 S Francis Dr Crown Point, Indiana 46307 The Patient Companion I is a role within Franciscan which reviews and follows patient care instructions provided by charge nurse/nursing professional, clarifies any patient questions, monitors the patient, and notifies nursing staff of the need for patient assistance or when leaving patient's bedside. This position, also, reports pertinent patient information and changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
