Job Purpose The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Intern will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides hands on exposure to real world L&OD work while building foundational skills in adult learning, training support, and organizational development practices. The Learning & Organizational Development Team focuses on developing LT's organizational capability to effectively meet its goals by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and talent development. We do this through two main work functions: - Managing org-wide Learning & Development (L&D) programs and services - Stewarding internal performance and change processes that support organizational health and alignment Learning Objectives: - Gain exposure to instructional design basics. - Learn how learning programs are designed, implemented, and evaluated. - Exposure to systems and applications related to training and development. - Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced L&OD professionals.
