Job Title: TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Manager (Hybrid) Location: Hybrid Central London office near Tower Hill) Description: PetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing globally. We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Lead to supercharge our creator commerce efforts on TikTok Shop. Since launching our US TikTok Shop at the end of 2024, we’ve seen phenomenal growth - generating over £1 million in GMV and building out a group of engaged creator communities in our space. This role is all about taking that momentum and scaling it further as a revenue-driving machine. This is not traditional influencer marketing. It's performance-first, commercially focused, and accountable to real sales. You'll design and lead a high-performing TikTok Shop strategy, built on high-volume content production, creative iteration, and continuous performance optimization. You’ll identify top-performing creative formats, develop revenue-led briefs, and scale creator challenges and incentives that move the needle.
