We are seeking FEMALE Support Mentors to join our fantastic team in supporting our Female Clients who live in Rockingham and surrounds. Your role is to support our clients living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want, by giving them support they need, when they need it. Our clients have diverse, complex needs, and require high levels of reliability and resilience. Your support and mentoring can have a meaningful impact on their lives. As a Support Mentor, you will have a mature head on your shoulders, have confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet, and put practical solutions in place. You are experienced in putting professional boundaries in place with empathy and respect. You are supportive and have strong communication skills.
