Job Summary: Staff engineers form the backbone of the DMG’s engineering team. They are expected to participate in all levels of the software development process from architecture to deployments. Staff Engineers lead DMG’s through example, trust and respect; engineers seek them out and follow their lead not because they are told to but because they understand the value.
