Position Summary At Sea Fox Boats , the Shipping Supervisor plays a critical role in the final stage of the manufacturing process—ensuring every boat is fully complete, meets our quality standards, and is delivered on time to dealers and customers. This is not a warehouse role; it is a hands-on, production-facing leadership position requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of boats and customer expectations. This individual serves as the final checkpoint before delivery, coordinating across departments to ensure every Sea Fox boat leaves the facility in true “customer-ready” condition.
