With a team that is easily growing towards 80+ colleagues – fueled by organic growth and acquisitions – you bring the seniority and drive needed to take our people agenda to the next level. You bring senior-level expertise to strengthen our Dutch HR capacity: from attracting and recruiting the right talent, to onboarding, developing, and retaining them. You handle complex employment matters with confidence, you navigate Dutch labor law with ease, and you are a trusted sparring partner for our C-level leadership, division heads, and local managers alike. You combine strategic thinking with a get-it-done mentality.
