Overview ​ At Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital, our goal is to provide personalized treatment for those who are suffering from mental health disorders and co-occurring addictions. Our continuum of care is designed to give our community options when it comes to receiving effective behavioral health treatment. We are seekingan Admissions Counselor responsible for facilitating admissions, clinical intake assessments and utilization review processes to assure continuity for the most appropriate level of care for patients and their benefit/resources utilization. Night Shift- 9pm-7am: $28-$34 per hour Chicago's Preferred Acute Psych Hospital | Montrose Behavioral Health Responsibilities: ​ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: When a patient’s needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority. - ​Respond to inquiries about the facility within facility policy timeframes. - ​Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families. - ​Perform benefit eligibility to ensure patient benefits are active at the time of admission.
