Job Description: As a Quality & Reliability Engineer for Milwaukee Tool, you will be located at our Corporate & Global Design Headquarters in Brookfield, WI reporting to the Reliability / Quality Manager. Throughout a product’s development cycle, this position requires cross-functional communication skills and analytical expertise to help launch new and exciting solutions that meet user needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment to innovate new products as a member of a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Quality Manager provides quality engineering services to cross-functional project teams which include New Product Development, Product Support, and Value Engineering. Primary duties are to lead and direct the advanced quality and reliability activities of project teams to successfully meet Project Quality/Reliability Objectives as well as project goals including Supplier Development, Time-To-Market, Cost, and Performance. Should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills and show proactiveness in executing deliverables.
