About the Role: The Culture Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Culture Department, advancing WMFN’s cultural priorities in close collaboration with Family Representatives, Council, and community partners. With a strong focus on people leadership and long-term planning, the role supports and mentors the Culture team and Family Representatives to deliver cultural initiatives that are sustainable and respectful.
