Position: Supervisor – Sports Fields (Bank of America Stadium) Department: Stadium Operations – Sports Field Management Reporting Relationship: Manager - Sports Field Management Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Position Summary: This role leads daily execution of the operational plans and procedures for all sporting fields at the facilities operated by Tepper Sports and Entertainment, including Bank of America Stadium. Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure league compliance with NFL Field of Play Standards and mandatory practices through testing and recordkeeping. - Supervise and execute alongside team of Coordinators, and Part time staff for daily maintenance and field preparation. - Collaborate with Manager to organize and execute field conversions for all Stadium scheduled events, games, and matches. - Obtain and maintain a NCDOA Pesticide applicator's license and certification credits. - Execute the daily schedule, layout, painting, and conversions for Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC games and matches. - Operate and maintain Synthetic turf removal equipment, train staff on proper use and practices. - Communicate and oversee all daily operational plans, goals, and special projects...
