Job Summary: The Learning Manager leads the design, development, delivery, needs assessment, and evaluation of training and development programs across the company. This role is accountable for creating innovative and timely learning solutions that address business and employee development needs, managing internal and external training resources, and aligning learning strategy to the enterprise strategic plan. What You Will Do: - Lead the end-to-end learning lifecycle: needs assessment, design, preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programs. - Create innovative, effective, and timely coursework and learning experiences to address organizational and employee needs. - Manage the learning function, including coaching and developing internal training staff and overseeing external vendors/trainers. - Partner with leaders to translate strategy and capability gaps into scalable programs (e.g., learning journeys, onboarding, manager tools, train...
